Vendor Registration Instructions
Registering as a vendor is a simple three-step process:
Submit the below Registration Form
Complete and return the Indemnification Form (will be provided upon completion of the below registration form).
Pay the $225.00 vendor registration fee:
Payment instructions will be provided once this registration and indemnification forms are received and processed.
NOTE: Registration is not final until all the above steps have been confirmed to be complete.
